You must read and agree to these Terms and Conditions before placing your order for your 30 day trial of Banitrim. By placing your order at www.banitrim.com you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Autoship Program:
Please read the following carefully, when you purchase the Trial Offer of Banitrim, you automatically accept the terms and conditions as follows:
Try Banitrim for 30 days for only the cost of shipping and handling of $6.95. Your credit card will only be charged this cost. You will have 30 days from the date of your purchase to evaluate the product and decide if it is right for you. If you like the results you are achieving with Banitrim do nothing and at the end of the 30 days your card will be charged the discounted cost of $69.95 for the bottle you received.
Approximately five days before your current supply runs out we will begin shipping your regular monthly supply of Banitrim. This 30 day cycle will be delivered automatically and we will charge your credit card only $69.95 (includes shipping and handling). That’s a 20% savings on the regular price. Please remember, most of our customers see very noticeable results by using Banitrim consistently for three months.
Should you decide during this 30 day trial period that Banitrim is not right for you, just return the unused portion to the address on the bottle, within the 30 days from the date of purchase and your credit card will not be charged. The unused portion must be received within the 30 day trial period.
Cancelling Autoship Program:
You can cancel at anytime by email or by calling toll free 1-800-737-7740. To return the product you must contact us by e-mail to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization number. We cannot process the returns without the number, and the product must be received no later than 30 days from the purchase date. Refused deliveries and packages marked “Return to Sender” will not be refunded. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded.
Customer Satisfaction Guarantee:
I understand, if I am not completely satisfied with Banitrim I may return any unopened bottles to the address below and receive a refund less shipping and handling costs and a 15% restocking fee.

Negative Option Clause:
I understand this Consumer Transaction involves a negative option, and I may be liable for payment of future goods and services under the terms of this agreement for $69.95 if I fail to notify the supplier not to supply the goods or services described.
